The lounge area and having coffee in the room were great features. The breakfast was lovely with a variety of food and warm drinks.- The guest house is in a fantastic location, very close to the town centre, downtown Keswick, the lake, and restaurants. 

The breakfast here was fantastic, with personal touches from the owners and fresh yogurt that was a perfect way to begin our day.

The room was perfect with excellent facilities and a very comfortable bed.

It's a big hotel with an astonishing and fantastic breakfast. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.- The property has an excellent and unbeatable location in Keswick.- They offer a huge variety of meals to choose from, and the food is good. 

The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was nice and warm, making it a great stay in this charming town.

Beautiful views of the hills from here and the location is just amazing. It's great to be back in the Lake District 👍.

The beds where exceptionally comfortable as were the pillows.

Central location, within easy walking distance of Lake District National Park. The deluxe room with Kendal mint cake fresh milk, coffee, as example. Accommodating staff on reception and elsewhere.

Great location! It's really convenient being right in the center. The free parking is a big plus, and you can easily stroll to nearby restaurants and pubs. 🚗

The rooms are well-equipped and have a fantastic view of the hills. Its location is quiet and ideal, just off the main shopping area as well as all shops and pubs.

Lovely bedroom, amazing breakfast, excellent welcome, lovely owners, comfortable lounge with books and coffee.

Our deluxe king room here had central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea amenities which were helpful, plus we loved the amazing views.
